  1. 64 – McKeown, Colin – – Appology: May those who attend enjoy the experience, the memories and the renewal of contacts. I worked with the Education Department for 10 years and for the past 25 as a portrait photographer in Gippsland. Perhaps my greatest achievements have been my marriage, our 3 great kids and hopefully a few good deeds along the way. Have a great time and Best Wishes, Colin McKeown

64 – Finn, Janice – Jenkin – Pre-school teacher. Trained at Bendigo Teachers College Primary teacher at Natimuk, Horsham Nth and Barkers Creek. Marred and settle in Harcourt. Resigned to have 3 children then did Emergency teaching and Music Spcialist in Schools. 1996 did Early Childhood degree – now a preschool teacher at Harcourt Preschool for last 12 years.

Worked Numurkah Bakery 13.5 years. Went to TAFE college 2004 to do accounting. Working at Mawson Constructions in Shepparton at present.

64 – King-Jones, Huw – – How big it looked when I started and how it had seemed to diminish when I took my daughter to an information night. I have done agricultural labouring, 10 years public service and 25 years dairy farming at Waaia.

64 – Margetts, Kaye – Gee – I used to faint on Monday morning assembly standing out in the hot sun! I was a nurse for 35 years, working at The Austin Hospital, PANCH and The Angliss.

It will be great to catch up with most of them as I only seen a few over the years. Teachers with whom I have fond memories included Dorothy Macdonald, Yvonne Crothers, Margaret Pascoe, Frank Peck, David Cowan, Mr Head, Miss Glover, Bernie O’Day,Jan Ramage and Ken Rowe. I remember that I was in Christie House and the Choir. I also remember entering a Science competition and travelling to Melbourne. I remember the dancing lessons with Mr Gooding and Miss Vincent. I still remmeber the impact on me when Miss Pascoe was killed in a car accident. Since leaving NSC I completed a Diploma of Teaching, Primary at Bendigo Teachers’ College from 1970 to 1972. Since then I have been employed by DE&T in the Primary sector except for 7 years Family Leave.
