67 – McKeown, Denis – – Current HR & Safety Manager with a National Company.
67 – Learmonth, Dennis – – Met my wife in class at NSC. I was a soldier (Surveyor) for 20 years in the ADF, returned to the local district in 1993. Now self employed Farm Contracting.
67 – Barnstable, Lynette – Makeham – Many fond memories and friends.
67 – Whinray, Gayle – Cykner – Taking Biology classes with Rob Elliott in his very first year at Numurkah … (and I passed!)
67 – Hodge, Brian – – I married in 1976 and have 5 children. I have been a registered builder, but now operate as a building consultant to owner builders wanting to build straw bale houses.
67 – Manley, Jennifer – – Lots of fond memories of school – enjoyed the senior years more than the junior years. Art with Heather Dunkin and biology with Rob elliott. I often reflect on these school years and are thankful of the skills acquired eg Typing, woodwork, cookery, cleaning the school flat when Heather Frederick lived there, Sewing our form 1 apron with Leila Vincent. Lots of friends and sport. I drew the picture for the front cover of the Bangerang in 1972. I Completed HSC in 1972 then went on to Melbourne Kindergarten Teachers College (now Institute of Early Childhood Development) Completed extra study in Education and Psychology and now enrolled in Masters of Child & Adolescent Welfare and working in NSW Department of Community Services in Child Protection. I live in Tura Beach (Merimbula) with my partner and have four children living in Sydney. My parents (Edith & Noel Manley)are deceased and I have no family living in Numurkah so the reunion will be a good opportunity to visit and catch up with old friends.
67 – Boase, Cheryl – Learmonth – Met my husband at NSC in Biology classes. Teacher Rob Elliott was fresh out of uni! Have been working in Nursing/Midwifery for 33 years, and been away from the area for 20 years returning in 1993. Our 3 kids have attended NSC too.
67 – Wells, Geoffrey – – Attended Numurkah High years 7 to 10. I have fond memories of the sporting activities, school fete’s and Mr. Gooding’s metal and woodwork classes. I left school and joined the Victoria Police as a cadet, rising to commissioned officer level over 21 years before resigning. I am now an executive in the formalwear industry and based at Bayswater in Melbourne.

Hello! I recejtly stumbled across a silver toned medallion made by Stokes & Sons. It is engraved on the back “Numurkah 1967”. I was wondering if it was a graduation medal? Please email me if you can let me know what this is. Thanks. Wendy.
